With Fiona Gurney of Box of Frogs Mosiacs £50
Meaning stolen place or scrounger, picassiette is the technique of using broken china to make mosiac patterns. It is also known as memoryware.
This one day workshop will cover this mosaic making technique to make a decorative panel or mirror. You'll learn about the use of the tools and materials and how to get the most from recycling old crockery. There will be lots of china provided for you to use, or you're welcome to bring along any china, buttons or jewellery you'd like to incorporate and make a Gaudi inspired piece of art. The workshop runs 10.30 - 4 and costs £50.
