Below is a list of workshops coming to Dotty Gallery soon!

Numbers for each workshop are kept small, so booking is essential. These workshops can also be purchased as gifts. 

Dotty Folk Art Workshop (Spaces)

Have fun learning how to create the most wonderful 'dotty folk art'. Using a set of simple tools and acrylic paint you will learn and practice the technique, then decorate wooden shapes to display in your home.

All materials and equipment will be provided and you will be given a set of tools to take home so you can continue to work on your newly acquired skill. No previous experience needed. The workshop costs £40

Porcelain Jewellery Workshop

*** Please note: This Workshop takes place over two Fridays 10.30 - 12.30 on Fri 6th December and 10.30 - 12.30 on Fri 20th December ***

This is a 2 session workshop to enable you to create your own set of porcelain jewellery under the guidance of Sara, a local ceramicist. You will be able to create your very own unique piece of wearable art. Adding colour with slip and under-glaze so that you can match your pieces to a specific outfit, perfect for that special occasion.

Join basketmaker Jean Savage for a day creating festive and individual wreaths and decorations. We will use a variety of richly coloured willows and dogwoods, fruit, leaves and herbs gathered from the hedgerow and garden to give aromatic scents and tactile appeal. Willow angels, stars, fairies, trees, 'random weaving' balls, nests and hearts are a few decoration ideas. Lovely handmade presents, just in time for Christmas !
